Key Responsibilities
  • Challenging the business on CASS management policies and procedures to ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Providing CASS technical input into new business initiatives and propositions, including risk assessments and on-boarding sign-offs.
  • Ensuring CASS policies and procedures remain in line with FNZ's regulatory activities.
  • Reviewing risk events for potential CASS impact and working with the Head of CASS Oversight to ensure mitigation.
  • Facilitating management's understanding of CASS regulatory developments and embedding them into processes and controls.
Managing Relationships
  • Supporting and challenging key business stakeholders on FNZ CASS management reporting, including developing key risk indicators and responding to regulatory or internal change.
  • Working closely with the Risk function to ensure CASS risk is adequately captured within the Global Risk & Control Framework.
Managing Process and Administration
  • Advising senior management and employees on CASS regulatory issues and their impact on product/service development and proposition developments.
  • Evaluating CASS regulatory risk exposure relating to new business activities.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with internal and external parties.
  • Encouraging quality and continuous improvement of processes used across the business.
  • Ensuring CASS practices are compliant with regulatory bodies' expectations.
Requirements
  • Direct experience working in a CASS office, overseeing CASS and Control Environment.
  • Ability to analyse, present, and report complex regulatory information to senior stakeholders.
