Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Regulatory Specialist to join our Investigation and Enforcement team at the Regulator of Social Housing. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing complex cases and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. The role can be based in one of our offices in Manchester, Leeds, Bristol, or Birmingham.

Key Responsibilities:
As a Regulatory Specialist, you will be responsible for the effective delivery and implementation of regulatory strategies to address significant issues in Registered Providers. You will work closely with the Senior Assistant Director I&E and regulation staff to agree on the use of statutory enforcement or intervention powers. You will also contribute to the development of policy responses for emerging risks and the team's preparedness for major failures.

Requirements:
The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of regulatory standards and a proven track record of managing complex cases. You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels. You will also have a strong analytical mind and be able to think critically to resolve complex issues.
