We are seeking an experienced Clinical Psychologist to lead our Older Adult Psychology team in The Bay area. As a key member of our team, you will provide professional leadership and clinical expertise to support the delivery of high-quality mental health services to older adults.
Main Responsibilities- Provide clinical leadership and supervision to junior colleagues
- Work clinically into older adult services, including community teams and inpatient wards
- Develop and implement effective service models and interventions to improve outcomes for older adults
- Collaborate with operational, clinical, and other colleagues to ensure excellent service delivery
This is an exciting opportunity to join our thriving Older Adult Psychology specialty and contribute to the development of our services. You will work closely with our network psychology lead and other colleagues to ensure a seamless service delivery.
Requirements- Doctorate in Clinical Psychology or equivalent
- HCPC registration as a practitioner psychologist (clinical)
- Substantial post-qualification experience in older adult settings
- Excellent clinical and leadership skills, with a passion for older adult work
