Are you a seasoned professional looking to take your career to the next level? Do you have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and driving business growth? We're seeking a skilled Lettings Manager to join our team at haart Estate Agents in Bracknell.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead daily meetings with the Lettings team to discuss sales strategies and performance metrics.
- Coach and mentor team members to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) and drive business growth.
- Monitor and assess individual team member performance, providing constructive feedback and coaching to improve performance.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants, ensuring excellent customer service and driving repeat business.
- Liaise with tenants to arrange property viewings, negotiate offers, and agree new tenancies.
- Ensure the business is risk-averse and compliant with all regulatory bodies.
- Full UK driving license for a manual vehicle.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in residential lettings at a senior negotiator position or higher.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to create trusting relationships with customers, suppliers, and colleagues.
- Ability to create and action business plans relevant to the branch.
- Strong understanding of current legislation related to residential lettings.
- Ability to manage time-sensitive and high-volume workloads.
- Basic IT skills.
- Competitive on-target earnings exceeding £50,000 per year.
- £20,000 to £32,000 basic salary, dependent on experience.
- £2,500 for the first 3 months of employment.
- Uncapped commission.
- BMW 1 Series company car.
- Enrolment onto a fully-funded training course to earn a Level 3 Award in Property and Housing Management (including ARLA).
