Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and serve meals in line with health, safety, and hygiene standards.

  • Escalate any concerns or issues to the Chef Manager.
Requirements
  • Level 2 food safety certificate.

  • Previous catering experience, with a basic understanding of food safety and safe use of knives and kitchen equipment.
  • Experience working with older people.
