About The Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Sessional Support Worker to join our team at Compass Children's Homes. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to children in our care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with the care and support of children and young people, promoting their physical, emotional, and psychological well-being.
  • Develop positive relationships with children, meeting their individual needs and safeguarding their welfare.
  • Create and implement personalized care plans, setting boundaries and expectations to ensure consistency and organization.
  • Provide guidance and support to children in education, training, and employment, helping them to achieve their full potential.
