We are looking for a skilled Corporate Account Executive to enhance our expanding team at Stride Resource Management Ltd. The successful candidate will possess a robust background in the insurance sector, particularly in General Commercial, Motor Fleet, and Haulage, along with expertise in Property lines of business. This role offers a chance to thrive in a vibrant setting while addressing our clients' insurance requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee a portfolio of corporate insurance clients
- Establish and nurture strong relationships with clients, underwriters, and other relevant parties
- Evaluate clients' insurance needs and propose appropriate coverage solutions
- Negotiate terms and conditions with insurers to secure optimal coverage and pricing
- Remain updated on industry trends, regulations, and market shifts to deliver proactive client solutions
- Handle policy documentation, endorsements, and other client-related paperwork with precision and efficiency
Required Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience in account management or broking within the insurance industry is crucial
- In-depth knowledge of General Commercial, Motor Fleet, and Haulage, as well as Property lines of business
- Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities
- Familiarity with industry-specific software and tools
- A dedication to delivering outstanding customer service with a client-centric approach
Daily Activities:
- Engaging with clients to ascertain their insurance requirements
- Coordinating with underwriters to gather quotes and negotiate terms
- Conducting market analysis to keep informed about industry advancements
- Collaborating with colleagues to ensure seamless operations and client satisfaction
- Managing the administrative components of client accounts with meticulous attention to detail
