Deputy Store Manager at Lidl - Belvedere

We're looking for a talented and motivated individual to join our team as a Deputy Store Manager at Lidl - Belvedere. As a key member of our store leadership team, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our store, driving sales growth, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the store in the absence of the Store Manager, taking ownership of the store and leading by example to support your colleagues.
  • Lead and inspire the team to fulfill their potential every day, using our Leadership & Company Principles.
  • Monitor and manage key performance indicators (KPIs), ensuring the store is operating efficiently and effectively.
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer queries and resolving issues in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Work closely with the Store Manager to develop and implement sales strategies, driving growth and profitability.
Requirements:
  • Experience leading and developing a team in a challenging, fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire colleagues.
  • A knack for time management, delegation, and problem-solving.
  • The confidence to support your team through every shift.
  • A pride in providing unmatched customer service for everyone who shops with us.
