KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
The primary aim of the Luxury Brand Representative is to achieve sales objectives as part of the team by adhering to COTY's customer service and sales standards. The individual should possess a robust sales background, with proven expertise in beauty, complemented by a high level of makeup artistry and preferred fragrance knowledge.
Your main focus will include:
- Meeting monthly sales goals and maintaining company performance indicators
- Leading by example as a brand representative, safeguarding the reputation of COTY brands while following company uniform and grooming standards
- Fostering strong relationships with the in-store team and developing connections with retailer staff and management
- Utilizing technology for communication, reporting, and visual merchandising guidelines
- Building rapport with customers to influence sales and encourage upselling

The team comprises a Business Manager, Assistant Business Manager, and several Brand Representatives, collaborating closely with various departments such as Retail Management, Visual Merchandising, National Account Management, Regional Education, and Area Management. All team members are sales-driven skincare experts within our portfolio. To succeed in this role, you must be passionate and ambitious, taking pride in representing this prestigious brand.
