Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Cosmetics Counter Lead to join our team at Bobbi Brown Cosmetics. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for driving sales, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a high level of visual merchandising standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maximise sales through effective selling and customer service techniques
  • Ensure a high level of visual merchandising standards are maintained at all times
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of local marketing and events initiatives
  • Deliver excellent customer service and ensure a positive consumer experience
  • Manage daily replenishment and stock movements
  • Identify and implement opportunities to enhance product performance

Requirements:

  • Experience in a fast-paced retail and/or consumer facing environment
  • Ability to drive self-development and commercial understanding
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
