Job Title: Technical Service Account Manager

Job Summary:

Nichols Digital Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Technical Service Account Manager to join our team. As a Technical Service Account Manager, you will play a key role in the development and implementation of our Artificial Intelligence solutions to enhance customer experience and improve satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Account Management: Manage and maintain strong relationships with our clients to ensure their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Respond to product and client-related inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Help to implement and launch client projects, ensuring seamless execution and timely delivery.
  • Inform and advise clients about the AI solution and its potential uses, providing expert guidance and support.
  • Document customer needs and report customer feedback to improve our services and solutions.
  • Coordinate with the sales and technical teams to ensure alignment and effective communication.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in an account management/technical support role.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Maths, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Proficient in Microsoft, Google Suite, and CRM Management.
  • Understanding of Python and JSON is beneficial.
  • Strong analytical, presentation, and communication skills (both written and verbal).
  • Understanding of Artificial Intelligence principles.
