Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled CNC Machining Specialist to join our esteemed organization, recognized for excellence in precision engineering and manufacturing.

Utilizing state-of-the-art CNC technology and a robust CAD/CAM setup, we are dedicated to maintaining high standards and achieving ISO certification.

Compensation and Benefits:
As a CNC Machining Specialist, you will receive:
- Competitive salary of £33,000
- Work schedule: Monday to Thursday from 08:00 to 16:30 and Friday from 08:00 to 15:30
- Company pension plan
- Complimentary on-site parking

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop programs using CAD software (experience with AutoCAD is preferred, but familiarity with any CAD software is acceptable)
- Set up and operate multi-axis CNC Milling machines
- Perform tooling modifications and program adjustments as necessary
- Conduct quality inspections of machined parts

Essential Qualifications:
- Proven programming skills are essential; a minimum of 5 years of experience is preferred, although candidates with relevant qualifications or apprenticeships may be considered with less hands-on experience
- Ability to work autonomously

This position is accessible to candidates from various regions.
