We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Senior Care Assistant to join our team at Home Instead. As a Senior Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care services to our clients, ensuring their independence and well-being.
Key Responsibilities:- Support and mentor Care Professionals to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide exceptional care.
- Conduct initial introductions and build positive relationships with clients, their families, and other professionals involved in their care.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with Home Instead's Equality, Diversity and Equal Opportunities Policy.
- Participate in on-call duties as required and ensure the smooth operation of the business.
- Level 2 or 3 NVQ in Health and Social Care or equivalent experience.
- Experience in the care sector delivering a wide range of personal care services.
- Knowledge and understanding of legislation and regulations specific to Health and Social Care.
- Good communication skills and ability to build rapport quickly.
- Confidence in the use of care management technology and ability to provide support and training to Care Professionals.
