We are seeking a results-driven Store Manager to join our team in Milton Keynes. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading a high-performing team to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.

The Role

The Store Manager is our brand ambassador and responsible for the store's overall commercial success. You will be responsible for managing a team of supervisors and sales assistants, supporting them in creating special memories for our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support and motivate the in-store team to achieve sales targets by identifying and maximising opportunities to achieve and surpass KPIs.
  • Have a strong retail floor presence, educating and influencing the store, and ensuring back-of-house activities enable the store's successful commercial execution.
  • You will be trained thoroughly in our hand-crafted luxury product to become a Pandora product expert.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in driving sales and profitability in store.
  • A passion for driving a culture of exemplary customer service.
  • An ability to understand the importance of Pandora's local and global business strategy and translate it into the delivery of store, regional, and division KPIs.
  • Experience in using data to identify trends, issues, and root causes and taking action to deliver when such opportunities are identified.
  • Strong communication skills to establish and coach a high-performing team.
  • The ability to be adaptable and flexible to changing business needs.
  • A positive, can-do attitude with a contagious enthusiasm for Pandora product and core values.
