This newly created position is critical to ensuring imports and exports comply with international trade regulations, tariffs, and customs laws.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Regulatory Compliance – Ensure all import and export activities comply with relevant customs laws, regulations, and international trade agreements, obtaining necessary HMRC approvals for customs duties.
  • Customs Clearance – Coordinate customs clearance processes for imports and exports, ensuring timely and accurate compliance.
  • Trade Risk Management – Identify and mitigate trade risks, ensuring compliance with customs regulations and minimizing potential fines or penalties.
  • Collaboration and Communication – Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including imports and exports teams, and external customs agents to ensure seamless customs compliance.

Requirements:
