Job Title: Oracle ERP Manager

We are seeking an experienced IT management consultant with a strong background in Oracle Cloud ERP to support business development and project delivery activities across clients from multiple industries.

About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Oracle ERP Manager to lead and deliver client programmes, support pre-sales activities, and develop improvement and extensions to the Powered Enterprise model. The ideal candidate will have experience of working effectively with senior client representatives, conceptual knowledge of Oracle Cloud ERP business processes, and experience of multiple Oracle Cloud ERP full implementation project lifecycles.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support business development and project delivery activities across clients from multiple industries.
  • Communicate compelling and well-thought-out solutions for Oracle Cloud technology in response to complex client problems based on Oracle Cloud ERP/HCM technology.
  • Define and support an overall technical solution leveraging leading practice solutions to support the business/technical requirements across integrations, data migration, reporting environments, and/or security.
  • System design and delivery, including release management, integration management, data migration strategy, and technical project management.
  • Lead a team of resources to deliver a technical project workstream, integration, or data migration on larger engagements or lead the entire technical delivery team on smaller engagements with technical oversight support provided.
Requirements
  • Experience of working effectively with senior client representatives.
  • Conceptual knowledge of Oracle Cloud ERP business processes across at least one - finance, procurement, HR, and/or Payroll.
  • Experience of multiple Oracle Cloud ERP full implementation project lifecycles, preferably from scoping and planning through to post-go-live support, at least as a subject matter expert.
  • A specialist knowledge of one or more of the following areas with experience of leading a team: integration workstream - ideally Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), extension workstream - Oracle VBCS/PCS, data migration workstream, enterprise reporting workstream.
  • Ability to independently run client workshops to drive design decisions in both an in-person and remote delivery mode.
  • Prepare strategic documents including integration strategies, data migration strategies, environment strategies, and architectural designs.
  • Experience to drive technical deliverables such as data migration principles and integration design.
  • Experience of operating and implementing in a cloud environment and understanding the impacts of implementing and operating on the cloud versus on-premise.
  • Understanding of an Oracle Cloud delivery lifecycle using a waterfall delivery method.
  • An understanding of the functional, application, and technical architectural elements of an Oracle Cloud ERP programme.
  • Ideally certified in one of the following: Oracle Integration Cloud, OCI Architect, Oracle Analytics Cloud.
