**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly experienced and dedicated Registered Children's Home Manager to lead our team at North East Care Services. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the care and well-being of children in our residential care setting.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement care plans for children in accordance with regulatory standards.
- Supervise and lead a team of caregivers to provide high-quality care.
- Coordinate activities and programs to promote the physical, emotional, and social development of children.
- Maintain accurate records of children's health, progress, and any incidents.
**Requirements**
- Experience of working in a Senior or Strategic Role within a children's residential care setting.
- Level 3 Diploma in Children's Residential Service or equivalent.
- Proven ability to lead staff teams and line management experience, including supervisions.
- Knowledge of Child Protection and Safeguarding.
- Ability to drive and hold a current driving license.
- Previous experience in a Registered Manager or Deputy Manager role in a Residential Children's Setting.
- Social Work Qualification or Equivalent.
