Job Overview

Chroma Recruitment is seeking an experienced Home Manager to lead a residential dementia care facility within a reputable provider. The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the home, ensuring high-quality care and a great quality of life for residents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the delivery of person-centered care to residents with dementia
  • Lead a team of care staff to ensure excellent care standards
  • Collaborate with the Senior Management Team to achieve Good and Outstanding CQC reports
  • Manage the home's resources and budget to ensure efficient operations

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in elderly dementia care, preferably in a residential setting
  • NVQ L5 or equivalent qualification, with a commitment to ongoing professional development
  • CQC experience and knowledge of regulatory requirements
  • Nurse qualification or equivalent experience preferred

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary up to £55,000
  • 25 days' holiday + bank holidays
  • Bonus scheme (terms to be discussed)
