Care Home Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Care Home Manager to join our team at HC-One. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for the overall management and direction of our care home, ensuring that our residents receive the highest quality care and support.
As a Care Home Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of care professionals, developing and implementing care plans, and ensuring that our home is a safe and welcoming environment for our residents. You will also be responsible for monitoring and evaluating the quality of care provided, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing changes as needed.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage a team of care professionals to deliver high-quality care and support to our residents
- Develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of our residents
- Ensure that our home is a safe and welcoming environment for our residents
- Monitor and evaluate the quality of care provided, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed
- Collaborate with other members of the leadership team to develop and implement strategies to improve the quality of care and support provided
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- A Registered Managers Award Level 4 or Leadership and Management in Care Level 4/5 qualification
- Experience of working in a care home environment, preferably in a leadership or management role
- Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with residents, families, and colleagues
- A commitment to delivering high-quality care and support to our residents
