This role is within our dedicated team at Paddington station. You will provide essential day-to-day administrative support to both management and front-line colleagues, ensuring smooth operations and efficient communication.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a central point of contact within the depot, responding to queries, requests, and relaying messages promptly and accurately.
  • Manage the ordering, distribution, and inventory of essential equipment, uniforms, and stock items.
  • Ensure operational notices, diagrams, alterations, and other critical information are correctly posted and accessible.
  • Maintain electronic filing systems and crew records with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Report any faults or defects promptly to the appropriate personnel.
  • Support local record-keeping processes and procedures.
  • Take accurate minutes during meetings, hearings, and investigations.
  • Communicate information effectively to other departments as required.
  • Uphold strict confidentiality and adhere to GDPR guidelines at all times.
