We are seeking an Educational Effectiveness Consultant to become a vital member of our team in North Essex. In this role, you will be instrumental in empowering educational leaders to improve the quality of education and the support offered to students. Your duties will encompass serving as a liaison between the local authority and educational institutions, fostering the development of collaborative school partnerships, and delivering focused support for school improvement initiatives. To thrive in this position, a background in educational leadership and a comprehensive understanding of educational standards is essential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as a liaison between the local authority and educational institutions to facilitate school improvement
  • Assist in the formation of school partnerships aimed at enhancing educational outcomes
  • Collaborate with educational providers to pinpoint areas requiring enhancement
  • Contribute to the evaluation of school performance and offer support for student needs
  • Represent the Director of Education at significant appointments and meetings
  • Deliver improvement support to schools that are underperforming
  • Promote and implement services with schools to meet established objectives

Qualifications, Skills, and Experience

  • Qualified Teacher Status with experience in senior leadership
  • In-depth knowledge of the legislative framework
  • Strong leadership and communication abilities
  • Experience in educational practice and managing provisions for students with diverse needs
  • Effective collaboration and data analysis skills
