C# Developer / Technical Lead

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced C# Developer / Technical Lead to join our team at Client Server. As a key member of our Agile team, you will be responsible for leading the development of our software solutions, working closely with our technical team to design and implement new features, and mentoring junior developers to help them reach their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development of our software solutions, working closely with our technical team to design and implement new features.
  • Mentor junior developers to help them reach their full potential, providing guidance and support to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles.
  • Collaborate with our technical team to identify and prioritize technical projects, ensuring that our software solutions meet the needs of our customers and stakeholders.
  • Contribute to high-level architecture discussions, working with our technical team to design and implement scalable and maintainable software solutions.
  • Work closely with our Agile team to ensure that our software solutions are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Requirements:

  • Strong C#.Net and SQL backend skills, with experience in designing and implementing software solutions.
  • Good knowledge of JavaScript and AngularJS, with experience in working with front-end technologies.
  • Good knowledge of microservices and AWS, with experience in working with cloud-based technologies.
  • Collaborative and happy to mentor others, with a strong track record of working effectively with technical teams.
  • Strong knowledge of modern software engineering best practices, with experience in applying these principles in a real-world setting.
  • Degree educated in Computer Science or similar technical discipline.
