About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled EAC Technical Sales Support professional to join our team in Willenhall, UK. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing technical sales support for our Digital Access Solutions EAC portfolio, from design and specification to installation and handover to technical support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support and lead projects to upgrade existing customer systems to our newest platform across the UK and Ireland, requiring frequent travel and overnight stays.
  • Work alongside our Commercial Product Manager to execute regional plans for growth in EAC solutions.
  • Collaborate with Abloy UK DAS colleagues to support Pre-Sales activities for Primo Electronic Access Control Solutions, including design and specification of Access Control systems, network and controller layout, door specification, and integrations where necessary.
  • In consultation with our DAS Academy Manager, provide continual specification and design training to Abloy UK DAS colleagues.
  • In consultation with our DAS Academy Manager, provide end-user training on Primo software.
  • In consultation with our Tech Support team leader, hand over all supporting documentation of Primo systems.

Requirements

  • Qualification in a business-related/commercial function or proven track record in an appropriate industry or qualification/experience in IT.
  • Proven track record of on-premise integrated Electronic Access Control solutions.
  • Knowledge and experience designing, implementing, commissioning, and handover of medium to large EAC solutions.
  • Experience of commissioning Network-based electronic security solutions on customers' servers and networks.
