We are seeking a skilled Site Manager to oversee key projects across the Thames Water region. As a Site Manager, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations on-site, ensuring that all water infrastructure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and in line with project specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day operations on-site, ensuring that all water infrastructure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and in line with project specifications.
  • Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to ensure smooth project progression and timely completion.
  • Oversee health and safety compliance, ensuring all site activities adhere to safety regulations and best practices.
  • Monitor site progress, ensuring work is carried out to the highest quality standards, within budget, and according to schedule.
  • Manage site logistics, including materials, labour, and equipment, to optimise project efficiency.
  • Provide leadership and direction to on-site teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration across all stakeholders.
  • Prepare site reports, progress updates, and documentation for senior management and clients.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Site Manager, ideally within the water sector or related industries.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage teams and drive project success.
  • Excellent knowledge of health and safety regulations, with a track record of ensuring site compliance.
  • Strong project management and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple sites or projects concurrently.
  • Familiarity with water infrastructure projects and the Thames Water Framework is highly desirable.
  • Relevant qualifications in construction, engineering, or project management (e.g., SMSTS, CSCS).
