Position Overview:

Step Teachers is currently seeking a dedicated Key Stage 2 Educator to join a primary school in Haringey on a supply basis. This role requires flexibility in working hours, as it is structured on a day-to-day basis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement engaging and comprehensive lesson plans.
  • Maintain an organized classroom environment and ensure the safe handling and storage of educational materials.
  • Collaborate effectively with fellow staff members across the institution.
  • Assess student performance, track progress, and provide constructive feedback.
  • Adhere to school policies and ensure their consistent application.

Qualifications:

  • Possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent credential.
  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of the Key Stage 2 curriculum.
  • Recent experience in a primary school setting, particularly as a Year 4 Educator, is preferred.
  • Exhibit effective classroom and behavior management skills.
