About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and trustworthy Companion Care Provider to join our team at Care. As a key member of our care team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to our elderly clients in London SE20.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care and support to clients, including assistance with daily living activities
  • Offer companionship and emotional support to clients, helping to reduce feelings of loneliness and isolation
  • Assist with light housekeeping and domestic duties, ensuring a safe and comfortable living environment
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, their families, and other care professionals
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of individualized care plans, ensuring the best possible outcomes for clients
Requirements
  • Reliable and trustworthy individual with a strong commitment to providing high-quality care
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to working hours
  • Basic knowledge of care principles and practices, with a willingness to learn and develop skills further
