Key Responsibilities:- Handle all travel-related inquiries professionally and efficiently, maintaining agreed service levels
- Offer a high level of service to clients, ensuring their travel needs are met
- Book all aspects of business travel, from hotel stays to complex international flight itineraries
- Provide travel and route expertise on worldwide destinations
- Deal with amendments, schedule changes, and take ownership of each booking until concluded
- A minimum of 12 months of corporate or leisure travel or airline industry experience with international booking experience
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in Dutch, French, or Italian (and English)
- Working knowledge of a GDS (Global Distribution System)
- Excellent worldwide geography
- Ability to deliver high levels of customer service at all times
- Proficiency in a multi-system environment and ability to multi-task
- Ability to develop valuable and long-lasting relationships with business customers
