Reliability Maintenance Specialist

At ENGINEERINGUK, we're committed to innovation and excellence. Our Reliability Maintenance Engineering (RME) team plays a vital role in ensuring our equipment performs at its best. As a Senior RME Technician, you'll be part of a dynamic team that adopts the latest technologies and identifies new, efficient ways of working.
Key Responsibilities
• Monitor equipment performance through visual checks, condition-based monitoring, and preventative maintenance tasks.
• Supervise technicians on shift to support their development and act as the first point of contact for Reliability Maintenance Engineers.
• Collaborate with the team to find ways to continually improve systems and standardise processes across the EU network.
Requirements
- Apprentice-trained with HNC, HND, NVQ level 3.
- Relevant experience working in both electrical and mechanical disciplines.
- Advanced proficiency in verbal and written local language and basic proficiency in English.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in a multi-contractor and multi-site working environment.
- Understanding of PLC-based controls systems and statutory compliance requirements.
- Experience using computerised maintenance management systems to plan proactive maintenance and record reactive tasks.
Shift Pattern
This role includes working in non-traditional shift patterns, which may include nights and weekends.
