We are looking for a seasoned Category Insights Manager to become a vital part of our esteemed Consumer Marketing Insights Team at a leading global consumer brand.

Your primary responsibility will be to deliver significant recommendations and insights that will benefit various departments within the organization, including sales, marketing, and product development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all insights related to audio-visual products, such as TVs, Projectors, and Speakers.
  • Enhance recommendations by collaborating with different sectors of the organization and working closely with local markets to ensure insights are effectively aligned.
  • Coordinate with external agencies to define and achieve deliverables.
  • Assist the organization in developing a more robust and advanced customer proposition while providing insights on potential opportunities.
  • Identify growth areas by analyzing significant trends and developments pertinent to the category.
  • Deliver insights and recommendations to senior management that align with the strategic goals of the organization.

Qualifications:

  • Proven expertise in consumer insights and research.
  • Experience in survey design, agency collaboration, and proficiency in both Quantitative and Qualitative research methodologies.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with senior internal stakeholders.
  • Adept at storytelling through data, presenting insights in a clear and impactful manner.
  • Diverse experience in brand and social listening to support the broader business objectives.
  • Exceptional relationship-building skills, capable of influencing across the organization and introducing innovative ideas.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, and complex organizational environment.

This position offers a hybrid work model, allowing flexibility between office and remote work.
