Key Responsibilities:
As the Lead Pharmacist, your responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering a superior pharmacy service in line with current regulations and professional standards.
  • Providing expert advice and support to medical staff and patients.
  • Ensuring the safe and effective use of medications.
  • Leading and inspiring the pharmacy team through effective management and motivation.
  • Advising on the management of medications across various departments.
  • Driving quality improvement initiatives and conducting audits within the pharmacy.

Candidate Requirements:
  • Must hold a valid GPHC registration with no restrictions.
  • Eligibility to work in the UK.
  • A minimum of 5 years of post-graduate experience in a hospital environment.
  • Demonstrated clinical leadership experience.
  • Clinical diploma is preferred.
  • Proven ability to train and motivate team members.
