This Lead Nurse role is situated in one of the most esteemed care homes in the region, featuring a highly committed and compassionate team focused on your personal and professional growth.


Responsibilities:
• Overseeing the quality of care provided by qualified nursing staff
• Assisting the Manager in executing all policies, procedures, and objectives
• Monitoring the health and well-being of each resident, being attentive to any changes affecting care and care plans, and ensuring that new requirements are addressed
• Serving as a primary contact for residents, their families, visitors, and health and social care professionals.

We are looking for a qualified nurse (RGN) with a valid NMC pin, who is passionate about making a meaningful impact in the lives of our residents.

Previous experience in a similar capacity is preferred but not mandatory.
