Job Summary:

Priory, a leading provider of adult care services, is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse (RGN) to join our team on a permanent, full-time basis. This exciting opportunity is for a Night Shift Nurse to work in our Older People Services, providing high-quality care to our residents.

About the Role:

As a Night Shift Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional care to our residents, working closely with our multidisciplinary team to ensure the highest standards of care are met. You will be expected to provide hands-on care, administer medications, and maintain accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality, person-centered care to our residents
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
  • Conduct regular assessments and reviews to ensure the best possible outcomes
  • Work collaboratively with the care team to develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of resident care

Requirements:

  • RGN qualified and NMC registered
  • Caring and compassionate with an excellent clinical track record

Disclosure: All roles will be subject to a successful disclosure at an appropriate level from the Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS), Access NI or Disclosure Scotland, and the cost of this will be covered by Priory.
