We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Manager to join our team at We Do Group. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of our company and driving business success.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement a comprehensive HR strategy that aligns with our business objectives.
- Lead the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Provide expert advice and guidance on employment legislation and best practices.
- Manage a team of HR professionals and provide coaching and development opportunities.
- Oversee the implementation of a new HR self-service system and ensure seamless integration with our existing systems.
- Partner with management teams and staff to support HR-related issues and changes.
- Manage and track HR spend vs budget and provide regular reporting to senior management.
- Serve as the first point of contact for staff wellbeing issues and provide support for Mental Health First Aid provision.
- Oversee and provide final decisions on staff grievances or disciplinary processes.
- Proven experience in HR management, preferably in a similar industry.
- Strong understanding of employment legislation and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High EQ and people engagement skills.
- CIPD Level 5 qualified or higher.
We offer a competitive salary range of £42,000 - £46,000 + benefits. This role is offered on a hybrid basis, with 2-3 days per week in office. We are committed to providing a supportive and inclusive work environment that fosters growth and development.
