About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Manager to join our team at We Do Group. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of our company and driving business success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive HR strategy that aligns with our business objectives.
  • Lead the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance on employment legislation and best practices.
  • Manage a team of HR professionals and provide coaching and development opportunities.
  • Oversee the implementation of a new HR self-service system and ensure seamless integration with our existing systems.
  • Partner with management teams and staff to support HR-related issues and changes.
  • Manage and track HR spend vs budget and provide regular reporting to senior management.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for staff wellbeing issues and provide support for Mental Health First Aid provision.
  • Oversee and provide final decisions on staff grievances or disciplinary processes.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in HR management, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Strong understanding of employment legislation and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High EQ and people engagement skills.
  • CIPD Level 5 qualified or higher.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of £42,000 - £46,000 + benefits. This role is offered on a hybrid basis, with 2-3 days per week in office. We are committed to providing a supportive and inclusive work environment that fosters growth and development.
