About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Town Planner to join our team at Temple Group, a leading independent infrastructure and property consultancy. As a key member of our planning team, you will be responsible for leading projects, working with clients, local authorities, and stakeholders to deliver major housing, mixed-use, infrastructure, and regeneration schemes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead projects from inception to delivery, working closely with clients and stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with clients, local authorities, and consultants.
  • Identify opportunities for business development and growth, working closely with the Senior Director to drive the direction of the business.
  • Contribute to the development of innovative and sustainable solutions for complex planning challenges.
  • Collaborate with other technical specialists to deliver high-quality projects and services.

Requirements

  • Chartered Town Planner status or equivalent experience.
  • Proven track record of leading projects and delivering successful outcomes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Strong business development skills, with the ability to identify opportunities for growth and development.
  • Knowledge of project management techniques and methodologies.
