About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced chef with an enhanced DBS to join our team at Talent84 LTD. As a DBS Chef, you will be responsible for leading the kitchen team and ensuring the highest standards of food safety and quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Cook guests' orders according to their preferences and dietary requirements.
- Ensure food safety and maintain a clean and hygienic kitchen environment.
- Prioritize health and safety practices in the kitchen and lead by example.
- Select high-quality ingredients to create delicious and visually appealing dishes.
- Experiment with new recipes and menu ideas to drive business growth.
- Coach and mentor junior chefs to develop their skills and confidence.
- Determine food inventory levels and maintain an efficient supply chain.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure exceptional customer experiences.
- Work effectively during busy periods, such as weekends and evenings, and adapt to changing circumstances.
