Chef de Partie Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chef de Partie to join our team at a prestigious hotel in Hexham. This is a fantastic opportunity for a chef looking to elevate their culinary skills in a supportive and high-calibre environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain rigorous standards of cleanliness and adhere to a 5* Hygiene rating at all times.
  • Participate in creating and executing seasonal menus.
  • Manage and order for your designated kitchen section.
  • Train and mentor junior staff under the supervision of senior chefs.
  • Uphold the highest standards of food hygiene and safety.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of two years' experience in a similar role within a 2/3 Rosette restaurant.
  • Holds a current Level 2 Food Safety in Catering Certificate.
  • Demonstrates the ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Team player with excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
