The HSE Recruitment Network is seeking a skilled Health and Safety Professional to join our client, a leading Manufacturing Company, on a Contract basis at their facility.

This role sits Inside IR35 and offers a competitive umbrella rate of £400 per day, with a 3-day workweek schedule.

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining Health, Safety, and Environmental compliance while the company searches for a permanent Health and Safety Manager.

This is a unique opportunity to establish and improve standards in a small site with around 100 staff members.

We are looking for a candidate with:

  • A background in Manufacturing or FMCG, with experience in Health and Safety management.
  • A NEBOSH Certificate level or higher.
  • Experience in project-based Health and Safety roles, with a proven track record of affecting change and improving compliance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with staff at all levels.
