About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Lift Service Engineer to join our team at Stirling Warrington. As a key member of our lift maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our lift systems in the North London area.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain a designated lift service route in the North London area
  • Oversee the work of a lift engineer's assistant to ensure tasks are completed efficiently
  • Participate in a call-out rota, responding to lift breakdowns and undertaking planned servicing and maintenance work
  • Provide technical support and advice to customers, aiming to maximize first-time fix rates
  • Maintain a professional image at all times, representing the company as an ambassador on site
  • Travel throughout the designated coverage area
Requirements:
  • NVQ Level 3 qualification in Lift Engineering
  • At least 2 years of experience in a Lift Service or Maintenance Engineer position
  • Relevant qualifications, such as J Modules
  • Proficiency in fault finding, diagnosis, and repair of passenger and goods lifts
  • Self-motivation, reliability, and organizational skills
  • Full UK driving license and willingness to travel
