We are seeking a highly skilled Information Technology Risk Manager to join our team at ALOIS Solutions. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing the ICT risk management framework, ensuring it aligns with the organization's overall risk management strategy and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement the ICT risk management framework, including the ICT operational resilience strategy, ICT security policies and tools requirements, ICT incident management identification, reporting, and escalation, and ICT business continuity management IT resilience.
- Collaborate with various departments, including IT, BCM, Compliance, Legal, and Procurement, to ensure effective implementation and integration of the ICT risk management framework.
- Update technology policies, standards to support the ICT risk management framework.
- Uplift ICT incident management processes and procedures to include the integration of DORA triggers for notification and reporting.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Risk Management, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Relevant working experience working on regulatory projects (desirable).
- Strong experience of creating, writing policies, frameworks, standards, processes, and procedures.
- Proven experience in ICT risk management incorporating resiliency and disaster recovery with a strong understanding of DORA risk management principles and frameworks.
