Job Summary

The Grants Specialist role is a critical position within our Accounting & Finance department at Page Personnel Public Sector & Not for profit. As a Grants Specialist, you will play a key role in managing grant requests and providing financial support to our not for profit organisation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and process grant requests efficiently, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
  • Maintain accurate records of grant activities, including tracking and reporting.
  • Provide financial support and advice to team members and departments, ensuring compliance with financial regulations and standards.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve grant processes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes.
  • Ensure that all financial transactions are properly authorized and recorded.
  • Participate in departmental and organisational meetings, providing financial expertise and guidance.
  • Contribute to the development of financial policies and procedures, ensuring they are aligned with organisational goals and objectives.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with high net worth individuals, providing exceptional customer service and support.

Requirements

  • Experience in grant management within the not for profit sector, with a strong understanding of financial regulations and standards.
  • Strong financial acumen and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with team members and stakeholders.
