Maintenance Engineer Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Engineer to join our team at Orion Electrotech. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing various production equipment, including reactors and pumps.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure optimal equipment performance and minimize downtime.
  • Diagnose and repair electrical and mechanical faults, using your expertise in PLCs and other control systems.
  • Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues and implement preventative measures.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues and improve overall equipment efficiency.
  • Develop and maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, including repairs, replacements, and upgrades.
Requirements:
  • Strong experience in electrical and mechanical maintenance, preferably in a fast-paced production environment.
  • Knowledge of pumps, reactors, and other production machinery.
  • Ability to diagnose and repair electrical faults, including wiring and basic PLC troubleshooting.
  • Familiarity with mechanical systems, including hydraulic and pneumatic components.
  • A relevant engineering qualification (e.g., electrical/mechanical engineering, mechatronics) is preferred.
