Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Engineer to join our team. As a Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for delivering maintenance and repair services to our customers, providing installation and refurbishment services for pump stations, treatment plants, and interceptors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver maintenance and repair services to customers
  • Provide installation and refurbishment services for pump stations, treatment plants, and interceptors
  • Maintain and update maintenance reports
  • Comply with Group H&S policies and behaviours
  • Demonstrate CSG management performance behaviours

Apprenticeship Opportunity

You will be enrolled onto a Level 3 Maintenance Operations Engineering Technician (Electrical bias) apprenticeship, to learn the foundation knowledge, skills, and behaviours in engineering and work towards a technical certificate over two academic years. After the initial training, you will work towards developing your skills, knowledge, and behaviours required for an end-point assessment, consisting of a practical observation, an online test, and a professional discussion.

Requirements

  • 4 GCSEs at grades A-C, grade 5 and above or the equivalent, including English Language, Maths, and a Science subject
  • Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail, taking pride in completing repairs to a high level of quality
  • Able to work alone and within a larger team
  • Full UK driving licence
