As a Marketing Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting our Marketing Manager with digital marketing campaigns, including social media management, content creation, and email marketing. You will also provide assistance to the wider team when needed.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and schedule captivating social media content across platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Pinterest, and Facebook.
  • Monitor, analyse, and report on the performance of social media channels to optimise engagement.
  • Conduct competitor analysis to ensure Hill House remains a leader in the luxury interior design market.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging social media platforms and features, with a focus on developing and owning our TikTok strategy.
  • Capture high-quality photo and video content from around the studio and showroom to elevate our online presence.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Manager and Directors to drive brand awareness and increase social engagement.
  • Act as the brand guardian, ensuring consistent use of up-to-date branding across the team.
  • Gain expert knowledge of Hill House's extensive project portfolio and assets.
  • Assist in the compilation of award submissions for prestigious industry accolades.
  • Craft engaging and visually compelling email marketing campaigns.
  • Update online profiles on industry platforms such as BIID, SBID, and Houzz.
  • Assist in maintaining the e-commerce website.
  • Develop a strong understanding of the CRM and stock management systems, providing support to the wider team as needed.
Requirements
  • A relevant further education qualification, such as a degree in Marketing or a related field.
  • Experience with Google Analytics to track and report on website performance.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with a working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign and Photoshop preferred).
  • A keen eye for detail and a flair for producing visually appealing content.
  • A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and the ability to thrive under pressure.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and a polished, professional presentation.
  • The ability to manage workload independently and meet deadlines.
  • An interest in interior design is a plus.
  • A reliable commute to our Weybridge studio is essential.
