Key Responsibilities:
1. **Attendance Management:**
- Monitor and record student attendance, ensuring accurate reporting.
- Communicate with families regarding student absences and support their engagement.
2. **Community Support:**
- Engage with local community resources to enhance student support.
- Collaborate with social services and other stakeholders to address the needs of young individuals.
3. **Behavioral Support:**
- Implement effective behavior management strategies to promote positive engagement.
- Utilize de-escalation techniques to assist students in navigating challenges.
Qualifications:
- A valid enhanced child barred list DBS certificate, or willingness to obtain one.
- Ability to provide two professional references related to child care.
