Key Responsibilities of the Financial Management Accountant:
  • Prepare monthly financial reports
  • Conduct comprehensive variance analysis
  • Assist with Group financial reporting
  • Generate balance sheet reconciliations
  • Analyze significant cost areas and engage with teams
  • Support budget preparation processes
  • Implement financial controls and procedures
  • Collaborate with Retail and Procurement teams
  • Assist with audit inquiries

Required Skills, Experience, and Knowledge:
  • Part Qualified/Finalist CIMA/ACA/ACCA accountant
  • Strong analytical and communication abilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience with Power BI/Power Query is advantageous
  • Desirable experience in the retail sector
  • Enthusiastic, adaptable, and motivated attitude
