Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chef de Partie to join our team at HR-CL Limited. As a key member of our kitchen brigade, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality dishes to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook a variety of dishes to meet the needs of our clients, including fine dining events.
  • Work closely with the Executive Head Chef and other members of the kitchen team to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
  • Contribute to the development of new menu ideas and dishes, working closely with the Executive Head Chef.
  • Provide excellent customer service, ensuring that all clients receive a high-quality dining experience.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Chef de Partie in a similar environment.
  • Strong knowledge of food preparation and cooking techniques.
  • Ability to work well under pressure, meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality results.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Availability to work daytime shifts, including weekends.

  • A competitive salary of £31,000 - £33,000 per annum, plus overtime paid.
  • A 40-hour working week, with 2 weekend shifts per month.
