Job Description

Job Title: Real Estate Consultant - Strategic Estates and Business Case Expert

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Real Estate Consultant to join our team as a Strategic Estates and Business Case Expert. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering CDM and H&S consultancy services to our clients, providing expert advice and ensuring consistent delivery of service excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Understand client needs and proactively identify solutions to their challenges
  • Provide expert advice and act as Principal Designer as required
  • Manage all commissions to ensure client expectations and business management system requirements are met
  • Carry out H&S performance reviews, audits, and support others as needed
  • Ensure consistency, quality, and profitability of shared projects

Requirements:

  • Creative thinker with extensive knowledge and experience within the Construction Industry, specifically around the CDM Regulations
  • Experience of a diverse range of industry sectors desired, with a proven ability to meet client needs
  • Experience as a Principal Designer is an advantage
  • Full UK driving licence
  • GradIOSH or equivalent
  • Membership of the APS
