**Job Summary**
Premier Work Support is seeking an experienced Work Scheduler to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for planning and coordinating our construction projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and manage our project dashboard and interactive planner to ensure timely completion of projects.
- Schedule work with contractors and subcontractors, ensuring that all tasks are completed within specified timescales.
- Log and follow up on emergency call-out orders, and reschedule follow-on orders as needed.
- Monitor and acknowledge reschedule rejected works from subcontractors, and apply for work extensions as required.
- Update our system with relevant notes and ensure that all orders are completed with specified targets.
- Handle all telephone planning enquiries and provide support to contract and admin staff.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Planner/Work Scheduler in a fast-paced office environment, preferably within the contractor/housing sector.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with contractors, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders.
