Job Title: Technical Advisor and Project Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Advisor and Project Manager to join our team at MatchTalent. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the technical improvement of our client's business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the technical project development team, including internal and external members, to ensure efficient and effective project delivery.
  • Draft proposals and communicate with business partners and management to ensure alignment and buy-in.
  • Identify best practices for the business's pipeline and provide insights to management to inform strategic decisions.
  • Provide ad-hoc support to the team as needed.

Requirements:

  • 3-7+ years of experience in software development or IT project management, preferably in the finance/trading industry.
  • Experience working with top management is preferred.
  • Fluency in English is a must, with fluency in Cantonese and/or Mandarin being an advantage.
  • Comfortable with spending most of the working hours on-site in a downtown location.
  • BNO visa holders are welcome.
