We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Advisor to join our thriving team at Simplify Recruitment Group. As an HR Advisor, you will be responsible for providing professional HR and Employment Law advice to clients across the UK.
Main Duties & Responsibilities- Meet Personal and Departmental KPIs
- Support clients with legally compliant advice and add a personal touch to ensure exceptional customer service.
- Put the Client First at All Times
- Respond to client inquiries within contractual Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Provide guidance on Employment Law and HR matters, highlighting options and potential risks.
- Take Ownership and Responsibility of Cases
- Build strong relationships with clients through effective communication and issue resolution.
- Record client advice accurately on databases and support with documentation and information implementation.
- Support Clients in Drafting Ad-Hoc Letters
- Advise clients in line with their documents and terms and conditions.
- Attend legal briefings and internal training to ensure compliance with company services.
- Stay Up-to-Date with Legislation and Best Practice
- Deliver an outstanding service at all times, attending video conference calls as needed.
- Refer company services and products to clients and attend departmental and office team meetings.
- Carry Out Other Tasks as Deemed Necessary by Management
- Proactive and creative problem solver with a willingness to learn.
- Effective communicator with the ability to work as part of a team.
- Dynamic and Flexible, Able to Work Under Pressure
- Professional and responsible attitude with existing knowledge of Employment Law, HRM, and ACAS best practice.
- Enthusiastic approach to generating new business and ability to prioritize and organize workload.
- Excellent Written and Verbal Communication Skills
- Knowledge and working experience using Microsoft Office.
- Driving license and access to a car is preferable due to the location of the office.
- Previous Experience within HR is Required
- Annual salary up to £35,000.
